The 2026 PAIS Annual Meeting will bring independent school leaders from across South Carolina together in Columbia for two days of meaningful conversation, practical learning, and connection. This annual gathering offers a unique opportunity for PAIS partners and sponsors to engage directly with Heads of School, senior administrators, and emerging leaders who shape decision-making in their schools and communities.
This year’s program will explore how leadership shows up in real school settings: how vision becomes action, how culture and alignment are built, and how schools develop and support leaders at every stage of their journey.
